Join us for the Iluminado Sound Bath at the Monterey Museum of Art on December 20 from 9:30–11:00 am. Led by Jordy May of Om Studios, this restorative experience invites you to relax, recharge, and connect through sound and stillness. Please bring warm, comfortable clothing, along with a mat, blanket, eye pillow, and journal—or anything that helps you rest easily on the floor during the session. Immerse yourself in soothing vibrations and gentle illumination to close out the year with peace and intention.
