Group Visits

A group visit is defined as 10 or more visitors.

Group Admission

• Discounted adult admission: $10 per person
• Many visitors qualify for free admission (students, youth, members, military, reciprocal members, etc.)
• One complimentary admission for group organizer or bus driver

Group organizers are encouraged to confirm in advance which participants qualify for free admission.

Guided Tours (Optional)

Guided tours are led by a trained Docent or Museum Educator and are approximately 60 minutes.

• $40 flat fee per group
• Available with advance reservation and staff availability
• Tour fee applies even during free admission days, unless otherwise approved
• Group fee waived for college class visits

Scheduling & Advance Notice

• An estimated group size is required at the time of request
• A final estimated headcount is due 3 business days prior to the visit
• 7–10 days' notice required for guided tours
• 2–3 weeks' notice preferred for large groups

Payment

• One lump-sum payment due at arrival
• Credit card preferred; checks payable to Monterey Museum of Art

Accessibility & Transportation

• Please share accessibility needs when scheduling
• Charter bus drop-off available near the museum
• Bus parking is limited
