Miniatures 2019

Miniatures is the Monterey Museum of Art’s 26th annual fundraiser. Celebrate our local community of artists, all Museum Members, who generously donate original artwork in support of the Museum.  A diverse selection of paintings, photographs, prints, sculpture, and mixed media works will be on display and for raffle. Miniatures also features an interactive art-making area for visitors of all ages to enjoy.

Keep it classic, or mix it up, the choice is yours! In celebration of our 60th Anniversary, MMA is providing 6″x 6″x 6″ cubes as an alternative option to the traditional miniature.

Visitors have the opportunity to win their favorite pieces by purchasing raffle tickets. Miniatures raffle tickets are $5 each, or $30 for seven. Tickets will be available until December 15 at 5:00 pm, with winners announced online by December 18.

The Museum is grateful to all the artists participating in Miniatures raising funds, enabling the Museum to present dynamic exhibitions, conserve collection artworks, develop meaningful educational experiences, and to serve broader audiences.

All artwork must be claimed by Sunday, January 12 at 5:00 pm. Artwork unclaimed by the winner becomes the property of the Monterey Museum of Art. Winners should plan to pick up the artwork at our Pacific Street location during Museum hours or may choose to have the artwork shipped to them at a cost of $15.00.
